The purpose of this event is to gather our community together to celebrate Hispanic heritage and culture, as well as strengthen the bonds between our families, schools, and community. We will be providing a meal, live music and dance, arts & crafts, Lotería, and a participatory soccer event. We will have booths from members of our community, resources for our families, and we will proudly display student work aligned to state standards related to Hispanic heritage.

Plan for the Evening:

In the MPR, we will serve food which will be free to all attendees. Also in the MPR, we will begin the evening with the band and choir. Then we will have Ballet Folklorico dancers.

In the Gym, we will have soccer in the big gym and Zumba in the small gym.

In the main hallways on the first floor we will have all the community booths and the student work and projects.

In the LRC, we will have crafts, and a booth promoting early literacy.
